NUTTY-JUICY SALAD


100g young spinach or salad mix

½ papaya or pineapple

500g raw fresh sauerkraut

1 small ginger root

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 teaspoon of agave syrup

1 pinch of chili flakes

Sea salt, pepper

30g nuts or nut mix

At taste add cooked quinoa or bulgur


Preparation:

Wash and dry spinach. Peel Papaya/pineapple remove the core and dice. Mix with kraut and spinach. Peel and chop fine ginger. Add lemon juice, oil, agave syrup, add salt and paper to taste. Mix salad and sauce together. Sprinkle nuts over top.

SZEGEDINER GOULASH

The easiest and fastest way:

take our ready to eat Szegediner Goulash and add boiled potatoes or rice or fresh bread

Ready to eat! Enjoy!

if you want to make it yourself - about 4 servings:

- raw sauerkraut - 750g (our Classic Kraut)

- sliced pork loin or shoulder (350g)

- sliced bacon (100g)

- diced onions (250g)

- garlic (1 clove)

- pepper powder

- 0,5 L veggie broth

- sour cream 75 - 100g

fry the bacon in a pan and put aside; fry the pork separately; stew onions and garlic in bacon pan; add kraut, bacon, pork, onions and a tea spoon of pepper powder; add the veggie broth and let it all simmer for about 1-1,5 hours; add veggie broth from time to time. When stew is ready, mix in the sour cream and add pepper, salt and pepper, depending on taste.

HEARTY KRAUT WITH BRAT SAUSAGE

Try our Hearty Kraut with brat sausage. Add boiled potatoes if desired.

- 500g or 750g ready-to-eat Hearty Kraut

- 2 or 3 brat sausages

- 2 or 3 boiled potatoes

Boil and peel potatoes. Fry bratsausges until done and slice into chunks.

Put everything in a large pan and top the Hearty Kraut. Heat everything up for about 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy!
